We went to my kids friend's play. He had worked very hard all year to get to do this play and his little brother got to do a little part in it as well. They were very good, everyone, but my daughters friend really stole the stage! He got to play a boy playing a girl and he made it so hysterical! We couldn't have laughed or clapped any harder. They did the Shakespearean play set in the 70's...so of course the Village People made an appearance. :)

We have a new addition to our family! A cute little kitty Chalise named Maneki as in Maneki Niko which is Japanese for beckoning cat (or lucky cat). She has been keeping us all entertained. Jade (our dog) can't wait until Maneki is comfortable enough to play with her.
The second and third picture is from Friday when we went to the Museum of Making Music. Which was an amazing tour we took through the history of music. I saw instruments I never even knew existed! At the end of the tour we got to play on instruments that had headphones attached to them. So, you were the only one to hear how good (or bad) you were doing. You could go all out without the risk of embarrassment.
